Women’s Pelvic Floor Therapy
We’ll help you experience relief from uncomfortable bladder and bowel concerns, pelvic, hip and back pain. We’re experts in perinatal care, helping you achieve a pain-free pregnancy, prepare for birth, recover postpartum, and return to exercise safely.

Why We’re Different
We specialize exclusively in women’s & pediatric pelvic health.
Most general clinics that offer pelvic floor therapy add it as an after thought. Sometimes, clinicians have only taken a course or two, but still call themselves pelvic health experts.
We work with women and pediatrics with pelvic health concerns day in and day out. It’s ALL we do and we love it. We’ve taken countless courses, keep up to speed with the latest research, and collaborate with other therapists weekly to ensure we’re providing the highest quality of care.
Our sessions are 60 minutes with a licensed pelvic floor OT/PT.
We won’t try to squeeze everything into 30-45 minutes or send you to do exercises with an aide.
We work with you continuously throughout pregnancy and postpartum.
