Meet Our Team

Every member of our team specializes exclusively in pelvic health. We're passionate about helping you find lasting relief through expert, compassionate, one-on-one care.

We’re the only pelvic floor therapy practice in Denver that combines PT + doula care for optimal prenatal, birth & postpartum outcomes.

“I’m pain-free, back to doing physical activities I couldn’t do before, and more in touch with my body than ever! There really are no words for how grateful I am. I didn’t know my pelvis could feel this happy!” - Clare K

A Note From Our Founder

Dr. Courtney Trocinski, founder of OWN Your Pelvic Health, holding a pelvis model.

Dear OWN community,

I started OWN Your Pelvic Health as a small mobile practice in 2021 because I couldn’t find a pelvic floor therapy clinic in Denver that reflected my values & approach to women’s health. As an occupational therapist and birth doula, I kept coming across large, PT-led clinics that were missing the mark of whole-person treatment. I believed that people needed more time, more compassion, and more expertise than what existed at that time, so I built something different.

At OWN, every session is an hour, with a clinician who specializes exclusively in women’s health & pelvic health. Every person who walks through our door is treated as a whole person, not just a set of symptoms. We look at the full picture: your body, your goals, your life.

As we have grown over the years, so has our vision. I noticed that our clients who also had doula support were getting different ~ better ~ results. Their births were more informed, their recoveries were smoother, and their postpartum confidence was stronger. I knew I wanted doulas who understood pelvic health on our team, so we built a doula program that works hand-in-hand with our therapists. That kind of collaboration changes outcomes, and I see it every day.

When we moved into our clinic space, we had a few extra rooms & I saw an opportunity to bring my favorite referral partners under one roof. That's how The OWN Collective was born: lactation support, pediatric therapy, functional medicine, mental health & personal trainers all in one place, all providers I trust deeply. We also finally had a small gathering space, which meant we could offer workshops and support groups to build the kind of community our clients were craving.

In 2026, 5 years since our first in-home pelvic floor therapy session, we had the capacity to bring in-home visits back! We’re more passionate than ever about access to care, and we’re so excited to offer the option to be seen in our clinic or in your home, depending on what fits your needs.

Our name says it all. O.W.N. stands for Optimal Wellness & Nourishment, and that's exactly what we're here to help you achieve. We don't stop when your symptoms stop. We keep going until you're doing everything you want to do - not just what you have to.

I handpick and mentor every member of this team because I believe you deserve nothing less than extraordinary care. And if finances stand in your way of quality care, please check out The OWN Project. I'm so proud of what we’re building here in northwest Denver, and I can't wait to support you on your journey.
