Dr. Sophia Phillips, PT, DPT

Dr. Sophia Phillips is a pelvic floor therapist who is passionate about building meaningful relationships with her patients and empowering them to reach their goals through movement. She strongly believes that knowledge is power and loves having conversations with people about pelvic health topics that have been deemed “taboo”.

Sophia received her Bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience from Virginia Tech (go hokies!) and Doctorate in Physical Therapy from The University of Colorado. She uses a combination of movement, manual therapy, functional dry needling, and nervous system regulation interventions to help her patients get back to what matters most! Although she enjoys treating all things pelvic health, she is especially passionate about providing prenatal and postpartum care as well as working with individuals experiencing sexual dysfunction and pelvic pain. She strives to create a welcoming, safe, and collaborative environment to support people in their healing process.

In her free time, she loves to travel, hike, practice yoga, and read “romantasy” novels. Recently, she has also learned how to make sourdough.
